Had an amazing experience with Chloe for my birthday! She was so sweet and knew exactly what she’s doing. I booked the silver Japanese head spa and a back massage with it, amazing back and neck massage! Head massage was very relaxing, shampooing couple of times to remove all the buildup and she did amazing job with it I enjoyed it so much! Tried so hard to keep myself awake to enjoy the full experience! The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was the heated eyemask as that was quite hot at the start, but it cooled down eventually. Overall, 100% experiences that I would definitely redo!

I booked a deep tissue massage after suffering with agonising back pain for a few days. The massage has helped a lot to alleviate the pain and identify the root causes. Definitely recommend and will certainly visit again!

First visit with Gen today and I have never had such a lovely relaxing experience. Head spa & massages were amazing! My scalp was awful but gen did an amazing job. SUCH a good blow dry at the end too. Highly highly recommend I’ll be back 🩷

A beautiful salon, warm welcome. Very calming. The scalp scrubs, massages, hair wash, steam are all so blissful. A total destrsser. On balance I think it is very expensive in comparison to a spa day as spa days are generally 100-150 and obviously this is only an hour. I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless

Had two amazing experiences here. Had the gold spa treatment which was so calm and relaxing and my hair before and after under the microscope looked so much better. Also had the bouncy blowdry done and the results speak for themselves the Chloe did an amazing first attempt but Misha was so lovely and a great therapist for the spa and the blowdry. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back

Kim is a fabulous woman. Her studio is relaxing the minute you walk in. I had the best back massage, where Kim is surperb in finding and focusing. An endless massage until I felt relaxed and the beginning of healing. I know I need more work in certain areas and I shall be making more appointments. Worth every penny. Highly recommend Zen Botanical. Thank you Kim. My pedicure and manicure is tops, lovely colours to choose from.

My first appointment with Kimberly and it was magical. The bamboo hot stone massage is so calming and relaxing my back has never felt so good. I immediately booked my next one.

I went to GM Scalp as a birthday treat and booked in for The Signature GM Japanese Headspa with Chloe. My experience was out of this world, I have never been so relaxed and would highly recommend it. Chloe was very friendly and easy to talk to, she explained my scalp analysis and helped me to choose better hair products to take care of my scalp. I went into full relaxation mode on the bed, Chloe used different tools to massage my head and the hair products she used smelled divine. Afterwards she showed me my scalp again and it was brand new!! I am 100% making this a regular treatment!!!

Absolutely pleased with my Massage with Kim. I have been having problems with my back for a while and only after the first session my symptoms have improved greatly. I could even bend and put my socks on as this hasn't been possible for a while. I am so pleased that I have found Zen Botanica and this has changed my life already making me feel so positive. I'm so excited to have more treatment by just having one treatment I'm feeling so much better.

What a wonderful mum to be massage I’ve just had. Come away with skin glowing and feeling all relaxed. I did not want the massage to end! I will be going back for a massage once the baby has arrived. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Gen gave me a lovely massage whilst treating my hair and scalp . Very relaxing and hopefully will help stimulate hair growth. Will revisit in 6 weeks for a review and further treatment.
