Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.

I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. I had an amazing one-hour back and shoulder massage. She focused on my left shoulder, where I had a lot of tension, and I could really feel the difference by the end of the session. Fabulous! Millie is such a lovely gentle person who makes you feel relaxed and in capable hands as soon as you meet her. The treatment room smells amazing and is such a comfortable room to be in. This was my daughter’s first Reiki session and my daughter really embraced her session. She came away feeling good about herself that we are going to book another session. Millie also provided feedback after the session and followed this up with an email too which was appreciated as you can refer back to. As a mother to a soon teenage daughter it’s lovely she offers Reiki to teenagers.

It was a lovely reiki & crystal healing session. Millie is lovely, very caring and made me feel comfortable. Her treatment room is cosy and smells great. I loved the extra gestures of some sprays to use and a gift bag to take home. Millie gave me some feedback after the session and has followed up with an email. This was this first time I’d been to Manpreet. My daughter bought me a voucher for a Weekend Treat. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was amazing. I had a full body massage and a deep cleanse facial and loved it. Manpreet was lovely and made Me feel comfortable and relaxed even before the treatment started. I had my first ever reflexology session and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was such a relaxing and positive experience! Lisa explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could really feel areas of tension being worked on in a gentle but effective way. I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend reflexology to anyone curious about it and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I’m really pleased with the results. The treatment was quick, clean, and the therapist made me feel comfortable throughout. My brows look neat and well-shaped, and the upper lip area is smooth with minimal redness that went down quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
