I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

This is the second time I’ve booked a massage for my mum, and once again, the experience was amazing! Janie was absolutely wonderful—so professional, friendly, and made my mum feel completely relaxed. I would highly recommend her! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience has been fantastic. Definitely one of the best massage places I’ve been to. We’ll definitely be back!!

Wonderful massage I needed that very deep stretch and it was done all professionally. JJ was very good and she made sure that I was comfortable and asked me what was my main area to be worked on which is my back and she did a great job. IMy body feels very loose and flexible. I am happy, thank you very much JJ. I will definitely be back as a regular customer and I will be bringing my daughter.

Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while. Absolutely loved my Swedish and lymphatic massages today 😍 Lauren was so lovely and welcoming, and we got along so well which made the whole experience even more comfortable.
