Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

Every experience at Olenza is absolutely perfect! The staff are all incredibly friendly and make me feel very well looked after at every visit. It is such a warm place to be. Most importantly, Olivera is truly fantastic at what she does. You will not find a better esthetician anywhere else!

Catherine was great. I didn’t want to take much length off my hair, and she respected that. Usually, hairdressers cut more than we ask for, and she was perfect. I asked for a soft layered cut and loved the result. Going back for highlights for sure.

I had an amazing experience with the whole Day Spa retreat package. Sumaira did such an amazing job with my facial and massage then I had a blast with Preeti during my mani pedi…she’s so great! Overall it was a full day of relaxation and pampering on my birthday eve which was so worth it!

I have been coming to Olenza to see Olivera for facials for the last few years. I have acne issues and get large under skin pimples. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.

YOU HAVE TO GET A FACIAL HERE! I have been going to this establishment since I was 19 years old. I am 53 now!😳. Over the years, of course I have tried other places depending on where I was in the world. Nothing compares to Olenza’s! For the first time, I had a facial there. It was a Mother’s Day gift. Again, over the years, I have had several facials but none compare to the personalized experience that I received today. My skin feels and looks amazing! I am so grateful for this beautiful salon.
