The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

I had a relaxing Skinfluence Facial with Gigi, and it was so amazing. My skin was definitely craving some self-love, and this treatment delivered. Gigi is truly great at massaging – I felt all the tension melt away. And oh, the hot towel infused with the smell of eucalyptus was heavenly! It's definitely a treat-yourself experience, and your skin will absolutely thank you for it. I highly recommend booking a session with Gigi!

I've done 2 Morpheus 8 with Jay and must say that he is the most caring and gentle person ever!he made sure i felt as comfortable as possible. Jay is an experienced professional who patiently listened to my concerns and suggested the best solutions. Honestly he is the best I have had facial with him as well the most luxurious facial I have ever had and he cleared my skin with only 3 facial from full face acne to clear acne free skin I can’t recommend him enough he is the best and if you want to clear your skin feel confident beautiful definitely book with him you will thank me later

This was my second time seeing Vera for a Classic facial with lymphatic massage. I woke up with such glowy hydrated skin. The puffiness is gone too. It was so nice to have hydrated skin after a long winter. I'll be doing a facial monthly now. Also, the owner is always so nice and helpful no matter the time of day. I love this place!

Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. I have been coming to Olenza to see Olivera for facials for the last few years. I have acne issues and get large under skin pimples. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.
