Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

I had a relaxing Skinfluence Facial with Gigi, and it was so amazing. My skin was definitely craving some self-love, and this treatment delivered. Gigi is truly great at massaging – I felt all the tension melt away. And oh, the hot towel infused with the smell of eucalyptus was heavenly! It's definitely a treat-yourself experience, and your skin will absolutely thank you for it. I highly recommend booking a session with Gigi!

This was my second time seeing Vera for a Classic facial with lymphatic massage. I woke up with such glowy hydrated skin. The puffiness is gone too. It was so nice to have hydrated skin after a long winter. I'll be doing a facial monthly now. Also, the owner is always so nice and helpful no matter the time of day. I love this place!

Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.
