Superb massage from head to toe! Just the right pressure. A variety of tools and techniques eg hot rocks, that kept my whole body warm. The facial massage and mask followed by the head massage and hair wash was just great. It was all topped off by a machine foot massage and cup of herbal tea whilst having my hair blown dry. Had the head spa and facial it was a great experience and very relaxing. I then got a pedicure afterwards and it is one of the best ones I have had as they do alot of extra stuff then just painting of the nails. The hot stone massage on the legs were great and the creams used were nice also

This experience was amazing, my first time getting a headspa, and it was beyond what I expected. So relaxing, my head and hair feels so clean and fresh, and I get dandruff and this cleared my scalp. Could not recommend enough. The whole experience at Lotus was unforgettable. Will be going back !!!

My daughter and I came in together for a lovely pampering session. I had Combo 2 and my daughter had Combo 3 (facial, hair wash and massage), and we were both so impressed with the experience. My daughter’s therapist was especially wonderful—very friendly, chatty, and constantly checking in to make sure she was comfortable and okay throughout the treatment. The service felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely caring. The only small suggestion I would make is to have a brief form to note any health conditions or allergies before treatments begin
