Michael was really welcoming, and did an in-depth consultation about my skin concerns/hopes. He explained the treatment beforehand and as the facial went along, checking that I was comfortable throughout. The products used felt lovely, with gorgeous, natural aromas. This was one of the best facials I've ever had. I have rosacea and didn't want any treatment that would aggravate it or leave me feeling red, hot & uncomfortable. The calming facial left my skin lovely and cool and with a gorgeous glow and the added massage was a lovely way to relieve all the stress and tension in my head & upper body. Had the best experience at glow studio! Lauren is always so welcoming, the environment was calm and cosy, each part of the treatment was the perfect length and personalised to me, I was able to become so zen - the type that gives you relaxing tingles throughout my head and neck. Very ASMR! The massage was such a nice addition after the hair wash and tied it all together. Can’t wait to be back and now I have a bouncy blow dry that will last 7 days with a squeaky clean scalp.
