My first visit to Meraki and the Head to toe treatment was amazing. The room has a lovely ambiance of lights, music and gentle sense to tantalise the senses. Lauren was so friendly and welcoming; Putting my anxieties ease. I love the option to have combination treatments so I get time for some self-care and to truly relax. Thank you Lauren. I had a pretty intense boot camp session two days before and I was feeling a bit fragile. Rachael listened and worked hard to loosen those extra sore bits. The facial was absolute heaven-rose is my favourite scent and my skin radiated for days after. She gave me some advice, information about my body I didn’t even know about, and even some compliments, which I’m not used to in the massage room! I felt safe and blissful and relaxed. I would 100% recommend this gal to anyone ❤️

So glad I found this place rachael has worked her magic on a bad shoulder/neck problems i was having for at least a year and totally sorted it in first session.Been back few times now having general maintenance on legs from running to back and shoulders from lifting/ carrying stuff for my job already booked for next month will not be good anywhere else. thanks matt

Frances was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, and we talked over my issues before the back/neck/shoulder massage. The massage itself was great, the right pressure for me, my problem areas were worked on, I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt so relaxed afterwards that I went home and fell asleep 😊😴. I would recommend, and will be returning for more therapies👍🏻 I will definitely return for more therapies

Today I went to see Rachael and had the best hour of relaxation and massage! For years I've visited chiropractors and had physiotherapy for my back but she has been the best by far! The massage was amazing especially with releasing tension throughout my back. I appreciated her targeting my specific areas of pain to release some tension. She is very friendly and welcoming 🙏✨️ she made me feel very relaxed. Thank you 😊 I will most definitely be back!

I have been visiting Lauren for around 4 years. She offers a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere and a variety of treatments. My personal favourite is reflexology. I also enjoy back and full body massages, hot stones and facials. Whatever you’re in the mood for, Lauren is bound to offer it! 😊

My 3rd and definitely not the last massage with Rachael, i opted for the 2nd time a full body hot stone massage and 30min facial. I love how Rachael focuses on where you need it most and uses her knowledge in sports massage. I feel completely rejuvenated afterwards and so relaxed. Can’t wait to be pampered again.
