I had the most amazing experience with Poppy today, on my first appointment. I had booked in for the Beauty Break Facial as my skin isn’t the greatest, Poppy did a consultation with me prior my appointment, which I’ve never received before booking in with Poppy. My skin was really dry in most areas and now it feels really smooth and glowy. She also gave me amazing aftercare advice too, so I am now booked in for my facials more frequent 🩷

Beautiful salon, well decorated and clean. Great customer service from Delyth, really friendly and informative. My daughter absolutely loved her pre-teen facial, thank you, we will be back!

First time today at Pop’s beauty studio - the best time ever, I was so nervous attending but I was quickly made to feel at ease and at home in no time! Thankyou again 🥰 My first time ever also having biab and a facial … I can’t wait to go back for my eyebrows & eyelashes ❤️

I had a pretty intense boot camp session two days before and I was feeling a bit fragile. Rachael listened and worked hard to loosen those extra sore bits. The facial was absolute heaven-rose is my favourite scent and my skin radiated for days after. She gave me some advice, information about my body I didn’t even know about, and even some compliments, which I’m not used to in the massage room! I felt safe and blissful and relaxed. I would 100% recommend this gal to anyone ❤️

Another wonderful and life enhancing visit - Jira is a truly gifted and strong person - do not even hesitate to book if you need any form of reset. I always feel so much better after my time with her. The facial was incredible I kept falling asleep after a wonderful treatment on my legs and feet. I will be back sooner next time hopefully xx

Firstly, Google maps has the wrong location for U Sabai Massage & Spa. It is atvthe bottom of West Street, right hand side, opposite the Newport Railway Station. I became very flustered trying to find the correct location. I do feel for the owner as she has done her best to update the location as best as she can. For the treatment, well absolutely exceptional! I honestly felt so relaxed and less pain than before. I am certainly going back. Thank you to the owner for making my treatment so wonderful.

My 3rd and definitely not the last massage with Rachael, i opted for the 2nd time a full body hot stone massage and 30min facial. I love how Rachael focuses on where you need it most and uses her knowledge in sports massage. I feel completely rejuvenated afterwards and so relaxed. Can’t wait to be pampered again.

Great. Have been going to Nadia for years for an intimate wax and the reason for this is because she makes me feel relaxed and is attentive to any pain. I’ve also had a facial with Nadia which was beautiful! Highly recommend

It was that good I went back 2 consecutive days whilst in Newport and made my partner do a 2hr trip to come and have one! No joke! Possibly the best massage I’ve had (I have had A LOT!) couldn’t recommend highly enough!! Very reasonably priced. 2 very happy customers! We’ll be back soon… thank you 🙏
