I had a pretty intense boot camp session two days before and I was feeling a bit fragile. Rachael listened and worked hard to loosen those extra sore bits. The facial was absolute heaven-rose is my favourite scent and my skin radiated for days after. She gave me some advice, information about my body I didn’t even know about, and even some compliments, which I’m not used to in the massage room! I felt safe and blissful and relaxed. I would 100% recommend this gal to anyone ❤️

I had a Swedish massage with France at In Touch Therapy, and it was wonderful. It felt so nice to experience an hour of something other than pain — relaxing and soothing in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time.
