I had a pretty intense boot camp session two days before and I was feeling a bit fragile. Rachael listened and worked hard to loosen those extra sore bits. The facial was absolute heaven-rose is my favourite scent and my skin radiated for days after. She gave me some advice, information about my body I didn’t even know about, and even some compliments, which I’m not used to in the massage room! I felt safe and blissful and relaxed. I would 100% recommend this gal to anyone ❤️

I had a Swedish massage with France at In Touch Therapy, and it was wonderful. It felt so nice to experience an hour of something other than pain — relaxing and soothing in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. My first time for a facial and it was absolutely bliss,Frances is amazing

I suffer with tmj, Lauren always helps me rid the tension so to stop the vicious cycle of clenching. I had a back,neck & shoulders massage followed by a facial & scalp treatment- divine!

I have been visiting Lauren for around 4 years. She offers a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere and a variety of treatments. My personal favourite is reflexology. I also enjoy back and full body massages, hot stones and facials. Whatever you’re in the mood for, Lauren is bound to offer it! 😊
