I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! Absolutely amazing service from Rachael. Three treatments in with a vampire facial and my skin has never looked as good considering I do have acne scarring and this is what I gave to her for . Already a huge improvement and I’m going to continue doing this because I believe this is the best treatment out there and she actually does care about getting amazing results for me . I have recently had a vampire facial course today I had my last 1 , I have to say the overall experience as been amazing and well worth it , my skin is 100 times better , it’s firmer and much brighter , I’ve noticed a massive difference in fine lines and have no wrinkles hardly at all around my eyes ,I was that person who wouldn’t leave the house without makeup now I very rarely wear any. Rachel is always full of advice and guidance in your skin care journey and I’m looking forward to carrying on with her on mine , highly recommend this treatment .

I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.

Well what can I say at the age of 60 I decided I needed a little help , after a consultation and lots of help and advice from Rachel I went for the vampire facial I was dreading it but it was absolutely painless , Rachel explained everything she was doing ,my face feels lifted and tight and my skin has a lovely glow I can defo see an improvement and I can’t wait to see the progress as the plasma starts to work , I’m booked in again in 6 weeks and can’t wait !
