I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. Amazing best in London

I was in London for a few days and The Greenwich Spa was highly recommended to me — and now I know why. My treatment with Ilona was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and well cared for. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the spa and Ilona. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to London!

Office syndrome pain gone after one session. Amazing relief.

I spend long hours at a desk and constantly deal with neck and shoulder pain. The office syndrome massage here was incredibly effective. The therapist knew exactly where the tension was and worked it out perfectly. I felt real relief after just one session.

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling!
