We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I usually have a deep tissue massage but yesterday was in too much pain so opted for a relaxing massage. - I fell asleep as soon as I got home for a solid 2 hours and slept like a log all night. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage !

I do a lot os workouts cardio, lifting weights ,running and wanted to experience a deep tissue massage was a bit scared that it would be one hour full of pain but I was pleasantly surprised . It had to be a bit painful (on the arwas that nedded) but was so relaxing it was really amazing. Arrived full of stress and with very tight calfs and left feeling that just had mixture of sport massage and a really an amazing relaxing massage .Will be back for sure.

Great massage. Gabby got rid of all knots in my shoulders which have built up over many months. Also adjusted the pressure to suit my pain threshold! Moving without usual stiffness today. Will be booking another one soon.

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

At this moment I’m feeling wonderful let’s hope this lasts I’m actually pain free for the first time in weeks can’t thank you enough
