We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, great communication on WhatsApp and best assessment and finally best sports treatment service you can ever get. Your wbidy will be reset from many years of overuse and injury. If you are in Pain then go see Fares at Clinic 31 to get your physio done with him. Very polite and friendly you gonna enjoy the session.

Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!

Issac was great. Very professional and informative. I've had lower back pain for a year. Seen physios about it, who have given me exercises to do but haven’t solved the issue. On some occasions, made it worse Only had a 30 minute massage session but he worked wonders in that short period of time. Most relief I’ve felt from the issue in a long time. Will definitely be going back

Great shockwave session. This is my 3rd session with dan… and I can honestly say… my shoulder is 90% healed. Im so happy I chose to have this therapy and give it a chance 😁 as my shoulder was causing me significant pain&distress and I would still be experiencing this extremely uncomfortable situation. It’s an amazing piece of technology…. and I highly recommend. Dan has alot of knowledge on the human skeletal system and muscular system… and he is always happy to share this with you. 😁

Absolutely brilliant experience! From the moment I arrived, the practitioner was warm, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. My practitioner was incredibly skilled, gentle and explained everything clearly. Great massage. Gabby got rid of all knots in my shoulders which have built up over many months. Also adjusted the pressure to suit my pain threshold! Moving without usual stiffness today. Will be booking another one soon.

It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.
