Chen Zhou is a great acupuncturist. She was very helpful in reducing my neck, shoulder, and back pain using needles (which do not hurt), massage, and cupping therapies. She is highly recommended.

This is one of the finest spas in Toronto, and I highly recommend it. Although I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, I was still welcomed and treated like royalty. If you're looking for a place where you can feel pampered and appreciated as a valued customer while receiving top-notch service, this is definitely the right spot for you.

Love the staff and the services they provide. Yoon is the sweetest and most caring aesthetician I've ever had. She does her best to find the right solution for your skin problems, but she goes beyond above when the results aren't as expected. I've never seen this kind of customer service in my life! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but so are the other staff members. I was also serviced by Adam before too with RMT massage and he did so well to locate my very difficult neck/shoulder issue. Highly recommended to give this spot a try, you won't regret a thing!! This should be 6stars, not 5!!

Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! This is an excellent professional clinic. Not a spa. I mean that in a good way. You are not paying for frills, you are paying for high quality treatment by an RMT team that knows what they are doing. If you want a real RMT massage to work through an issue of pain or to just to maintain health, I highly recommend. They also can bill your insurance directly if your plan is compatible.

I came to this massage studio all the way from Durham Region as I have been in a lot of muscle pain all over the body in the last couple of days and i am so happy with the decision i have made not to cancel this appointment even tough this place is a 40-50 min drive for me one way. I am so happy with the entire experience by Maritoni Oponda. She has gold hands as I have never had anyone reach all the tender spots the way she has. I highly recommend her services and this studio. They truly care for their customers and offer an excellent and caring experience.

This appointment was a gift for my husband. He works two jobs that cause a lot of muscle tension and pain, and he said it was the best massage therapy he has ever had. The therapist, Maritoni, was very professional and knowledgeable! and gave clear, detailed explanations. Christian at the reception was very welcoming and kind. We will definitely be coming back. My skin felt very clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the treatment. I got a deep tissue massage with Fatemeh. She was very skillful in alleviating the pain from my shoulders and back. Would highly recommend a massage appointment at Lotus. The process of booking the session was really smooth and easy as well.

Great and effective on my pain

He is best RMT in Toronto i've never met before!!

This spa is beautiful and very welcoming. I was visiting Toronto on a girls trip and Pemberley Springs Spa Eden was our choice and I’m so glad it was. Everything about this place was beautiful from the time we walked in to receiving our slippers and lockers. The locker room was super cute and spacious. My massage professional was amazing hitting all the spots I needed worked on, I received the 90min CBD massage. I would recommend this spa to anyone traveling in the area. And I will definitely visit them again when coming back!

Wonderful experience. Noticeable improvement in my shoulder pain.

I had really bad frozen shoulder for months, and the pain at night was so bad that I could barely sleep. After my very first massage with Adam, I finally started sleeping more comfortably. On my second visit, he took the time to clearly explain what was causing the pain and showed me easy exercises I could do at home, all while giving a great massage. That made a huge difference for me. I honestly think of Adam as my doctor. I’m very happy with the treatment and already looking forward to my next visit!

This is the most gorgeous spa in Toronto!! Such lovely staff and beautiful environment to relax. Julia gave a wonderful full body massage despite the short duration and was able to loosen the knots in my shoulders. Eva then gave me such a relaxing and detail-oriented facial. I loved how knowledgeable she was and she spent a lot of time to perfect my skin and even eyebrows. Finished off wish some tea and desserts - such an appreciated touch. Thank you and definitely will be back!
