I had an acupuncture appointment today, and it was truly an incredible experience! Ashleigh also used fire cupping, and I was amazed at how effective it was. I could literally feel the tension melting away as the cups worked their magic on my body. It left me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and re-energized. I thoroughly enjoy my visits to the spa. Using the cocoon fitness pod has helped ease back pain, while providing me with a half hour of bissfiul relaxation. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they want to make sure you have a great experience. It's a wonderful treat to your body and soul.

Emily is amazing. I have been seeing for about 6 mouths now. We started out with acupuncture, LED lights on hands now adding in guasha. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to explain everything she does. I leave there relaxed and feel better about myself.

Ashleigh was wonderful. It was my first time doing acupuncture and she made me feel so comfortable. I left the appointment feeling relaxed and hopeful that she was going to be able to help me with my issues.

Emily knew I was afraid of needles and made me feel very comfortable! Within less than in 10 minutes my sinuses and headache was gone! Again I was made to feel at home!
