I feel amazing after my 90 minute Thai balm massage. I’d had a lot of tension in my shoulders, and it’s completely gone now. The session also included hot stones, oil, and stretching, which felt great. Lovely, positive energy from the staff, and a cozy, clean space. Thank you so much. Last week, when I visited Elena for my Reflexology session, she asked how I was? Unfortunately, I had some anxiety issues affecting my tummy is an awful feeling. Elena continued with my session and by the end I was feeling so much better. She checked in with me a few days later, as she always does, to see how I was feeling and I was thrilled to tell her that the anxiety had passed and I feeling really good.
