Excellent service! Last time I was there Ash gave me nail extensions they lasted for more than 5 weeks, no chip no crack. The new set I got today is beautiful... She gets better and better every time I visit. Very neat work 👌🏽

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The experience was amazing! The owner responds quickly and was pretty understanding when I ran a few minutes late. I was offered a drink right away, which was a lovely touch. They even accommodated a last-minute hair booking, which I'm very grateful for. The hairdresser worked quickly and my hair came out better than I expected. I also did an acrylic refill and a pedicure, my nails look and feel incredible. I was honestly shocked by how affordable everything was. This is definitely my go-to maintenance place from now on! ✨

Beautiful salon that’s very very clean. Lovely friendly staff. I booked a fullset acrylic with tips and gel polish and was told when paying that certain colours (bio) are an additional R70 which caught me off guard a bit seeings my booking did include gel polish.

She does a very thorough job while still being gentle, which makes the whole experience so much more comfortable. I also love that she shares helpful tips and advice. Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.
