I had my double chin treatment with Sadie, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained the treatment in detail, how it works, what to expect, and went through all of the aftercare instructions clearly, answering all of my questions. I felt well looked after throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend Sadie and will definitely be returning to the clinic for future treatments.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. Had all my waxing done today in preparations for my wedding at the weekend! Was the most painless waxing experience I’ve had and the quickest full leg wax! Dionne knows and uses the best methods for different areas which makes it as quick and comfortable as possible! So pleased I opted for waxing rather than my usual shaving as all set for a razor free honeymoon too now!
