4.5 stars- The tech removed BIBG that I had for just over a week (it started chipping within 24hrs) from another salon that was too hard to get back into. She took her time and carefully removed it before applying the overlay in acrylic. She listened to how I wanted my nails (clean, natural, thin, timeless elegant, nothing fancy) and didn’t push for more. She checked with me at every stage to see if I was happy and easily changed anything I wasn’t. The only thing I would say is cleanup could have been better however I am super picky and a perfectionist. I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! It really feels like therapy every time I go. The energy is so lovely, the chats are always great, and my nails look amazing every single time 💅🏼 I’ve noticed such a difference since switching from gel to acrylic. My nails feel so much stronger and healthier, and they grow so much more. It truly makes a difference! Highly recommended. First time customer - super happy with my experience. I needed help with my natural nails as they were damaged, being so close to xmas I got in within 24hrs of booking which was GREAT! We did some gel extensions to I could keep the length, with a thicker builder gel to strengthen & upkeep my nails for day to day tasks. Finished with a gorgeous french tip. Kat gives amazing service, made sure I was 1000% happy & went above & beyond!
