I’ve been having laser treatments with Michaela and the whole process has been effortless. She explained everything clearly, was super friendly and professional, and really understood my concerns. I’ve had two treatments on my neck for hormone-related hair growth that worsened after pregnancy. Before, I shaved daily (sometimes twice), leaving my skin red and irritated. Since my first treatment, the hair growth has completely slowed down and now I only need to shave every 3–5 days, the hair is finer and less visible, and the redness is gone. Highly recommend Michaela!

This was the first time I've experienced a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage and I have to say that I loved the entire experience. My therapist Nova was so experienced, I could feel it in her massage techniques. My favourite was the abdominal massage, I really felt like I needed it while she was working on my abdominal. I highly rate and recommend this treatment! Thank you Bea and Nova for the wonderful service and treatment!

Hi, Just a bit of feedback, I wasn't happy with a Trainee doing my hair. She burnt my scalp a couple of times and left my hair frizzy. I didn't mind her taking photos but I didn't really feel comfortable with her doing my hair too. Also we're at the sushi train now because we are both so hungry. I had a look and it said we were getting light refreshments and tea? Why did we not get offered this or been given a break so we could have something to eat?
