This was by far the best massage I've ever had! It felt like physiotherapy for my back—I left feeling looser, more flexible, and truly refreshed. Mark has an incredible understanding of the human skeleton and how muscles work. His knowledge and passion for his work really shine through. He immediately identified where I had issues, and I could literally feel the flexibility returning to my muscles during the session—it was like magic. I walked out feeling stretched, relaxed, and better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!

I love sue! I’ve had colonics in northampton before but nothing like this one. So relaxing. Calming. She’s so easy to talk to. No rushing. It’s spotless in the room and her energy is amazing! highly recommend ❤️❤️

Sue is just amazing. Ive had various treatments, each time you’re welcomed with her warmth. Her space is beautiful, clean and calming (and smells amazing). When you’re with Sue it feels like catching up with a friend, she makes you feel she has all the time in the world for you. She is a beautiful soul with such a caring nature. This is really is the key of feeling comfortable with her when having a colonic due to being a treatment which can be extremely out of your comfort zone. Her massages are also a must when in need of relaxation 🤍

I had the Simply Natural Facial and scalp massage with an added on hand and arm massage and it was divine. I was immersed into a whole new level of relaxation and came away smelling divine from the beautiful essential oils used. Highly recommend and will book again soon!! Another wonderfully relaxing, yet invigorating facial with Leah. I added a guided meditation to the beginning of the treatment. There is something unbelievably powerful about a calm voice letting you know it’s ok to relax and let go of life’s complexities for a while. Another excellent massage from Mark which has helped alleviate problems with a painful neck and shoulder, leaving me with greater flexibility and ease of movement.

The best deep tissue massage which is having a positive effect on scar tissue!
