I love sue! I’ve had colonics in northampton before but nothing like this one. So relaxing. Calming. She’s so easy to talk to. No rushing. It’s spotless in the room and her energy is amazing! highly recommend ❤️❤️

Another great physio appt with Lewis. We went through a weights and stretching programme that I have been doing via the app and then Lewis gave my lower back a deep tissue massage. I felt a lot better than when I arrived.

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. I have been struggling with calf pain for several months. I held out going to see an NHS physio for a while but then found Molly. Following a thorough assessment, Molly was able to identify that the pain was caused by my sciatic nerve. We discussed my goals and activity levels and she set me on the road to recovery! 3 weeks of specific exercises and I am feeling better than I have in months!

I’m so happy to have found Mark at Tribe!! Finally someone who knows what they are doing and why!! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this actually feels like “therapy “ for my body and mind, not just relaxation. Mark targets my problem areas, and I can honestly say I am starting to get relief and more movement in my neck in particular! Mark is clearly very knowledgeable. Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet . I can’t thank Mark enough , I could honestly cry with the relief of not having that constant pain

I have now been to see Mark 3 times in recent weeks - each session is giving me more relief from the neck and head pain I have been experiencing. Also Mark has provided me with some simple but effective exercises to try at home. Work in progress but I truly feel I am turning a corner under his guise.

Having benefited from Kylie's healing hands myself, I took my partner to her. He had been experiencing a lot of pain. Kylie is amazing, so knowledgeable. Much more than just a massage, more like physio. My partner is much improved and will visit again. If you're considering visiting Kylie, just go!! You won't be disappointed.
