I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. I would highly recommend Monika to anyone considering permanent brows!

Char is brilliant, she really took the time to talk through my wants and concerns and gave me a wonderful skin peel, plus recommendations to help me level up my skincare. I’m feeling fresh as a daisy and smooth as a baby’s bottom.

I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)

Dreamy personalised facial with Charlotte today, dermaplaning followed by a gentle chemical peel which has left my skin dewy and glowing. Thank you so much! Thoughtful as ever she has also provided me with a sample of some make-up suitable to wear the following day as I am heading out for the evening. Wonderful as always!

Loved my first professional facial by Charlotte. I had derma-planing and my skin afterwards felt & looked amazing. Charlotte was so calm and lovely, making the experience so relaxing and easy. Absolutely wonderful massage with Silvia. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I feel so happy and relaxed after my treatment! Silvia is very warm, welcoming and professional. Best facial I have ever had - today with Emma. The head massage was a lovely bonus. I had forgotten how nice facials can be and my skin feels great.

The whole experience was incredible. The shop is lovely, the treatment reception area is lovely, and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a lovely frankincense facial with Emma that was so relaxing and my skin felt beautiful afterwards. I will definitely be going back!
