Pippa’s work space is clean and clinical while remaining friendly and inviting. I’ll definitely be going back and would definitely recommend her to anyone

I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

Monika took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with care and expertise. My aesthetician was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment to suit my needs.

Wonderful treatment from Louise offering holistic care having the opportunity to discuss a plan prior to my treatment really allows my individual needs to be met. Lovely environment and a relaxing waiting area with complimentary herbal tea available.

Absolutely wonderful massage with Silvia. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I feel so happy and relaxed after my treatment! Silvia is very warm, welcoming and professional. She expertly identified the knots I didn’t know I had! I really liked the affirmation note and the use of instruments at the end.

Best facial I have ever had - today with Emma. The head massage was a lovely bonus. I had forgotten how nice facials can be and my skin feels great.

The whole experience was incredible. The shop is lovely, the treatment reception area is lovely, and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a lovely frankincense facial with Emma that was so relaxing and my skin felt beautiful afterwards. I will definitely be going back!
