So I never review anything as a matter of my own preference from a pair of socks to a 3 star Michelin restaurant But today I feel that needs to change as I have had the most wonderful experience & probably one if the best facials ever. The energy of the surroundings is so conducive to being relaxed & feeling in a safe space. Sarah talked through the whole experience & made it all feel so natural,the facial has revitalised me in so many ways,so a very big thank you & it’s really a treatment you should all try 😁

Lash lift amazing as always but I also had lumi eyes. No pain, the bumps were gone by the time I got back to the car and the difference was instant and amazing. A few days later it’s settled and not quite as bright but my dark circles are so much better than before. Will definitely be back for the other two treatments and can’t wait to see those results

Krystyna’s nails are next level & Chelsea is so knowledgeable about facial aesthetics, instilling confidence & understanding. has been such a lovely experience having laser hair removal with be.laser. She is professional and her treatment room is calm and relaxing. She explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments which really helps with your understanding and to manage expectations! I'm loving my results so far! Highly recommend!

I always get a 5* treatment from Charlie she is great, not only is her work second to none she always makes me feel very comfortable and having anxiety for many years this is something that is very important to me. Charlie takes her work very seriously and makes sure everything about your appointment is enjoyable she really focuses on the little details right down to room temperature and adding soft comfortable blankets to her treatment beds. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

With all my treatments Kim has welcomed me with a friendly smile, and made me feel very comfortable. I have been impressed by her ability to balance her professionalism and making me feel at ease.
