I had a really lovely experience at The Laser Lounge Torbay. Kayleigh was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve been visiting Lois at Skin Wellness since December to help combat acne and pigmentation from scarring. She is fantastic - she is so knowledgable and has helped me get back to a point where I can comfortably go make-up free. I’ve had multiple friends/family comment on how much better my skin in. She adapts treatments each time depending on how my skin is and what’s safest and best for my skin. I’ve been coming to the laser lounge for quite a few sessions of laser hair and tattoo removal, I can’t believe the results! I was so nervous at first but Kayleigh is so lovely! I’m always made to feel at ease and comfortable and she’s extremely knowledgable about the treatments, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either treatment.

My experience was both positive and productive. My hair wasn’t compatible with laser treatment at this time. Kayleigh was absolutely amazing. She was honest, open and transparent. Thank you so much ☺️
