Shriya was welcoming and chatty and gave thorough, deep tissue bamboo back massage. I feel more relaxed and 'unknotted' and there is definitely less discomfort. I could have been a little bit warmer, Shriya, but thank you!!

Nicola is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. I had the Hyper Realism Brows done. Absolutely love them. No redness or soreness after. Got compliments from day one of having them done. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments .

Received a hyrdrafacial from Izzy and really enjoyed how relaxing it was. My skin was left feeling so clean, smooth and hydrated. Would recommend to anyone who wants healthier and glowing skin.

This was my first time experiencing the luxury Japanese headspa and it was honestly one of the most amazing and soothing experiences I've had. I'm usually very tense and find it hard to relax but during the appointment I ended up falling asleep! Shriya was absolutely amazing, welcoming and made me feel very at ease. I will definitely be booking in again and I'm so grateful that there's a place like this in Loughborough!
