From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

Kayleigh is an amazing practitioner, she is warm and welcoming and her beautiful energy puts you at ease instantly. It is evident that not only is she highly trained in all aspects of holistic therapies, but she is utterly passionate about her craft. I have had numerous sessions with Kayleigh and each time I have left feeling wonderful, rested and recharged. I couldn’t recommend her and her treatments anymore highly.

Tegan is brilliant and I'm so pleased with my gel toes. My only criticism is that the ladies are sitting on a hard floor. Would be better if they had a stool/chair when they carry out treatments.

Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

Laura was absolutely amazing and as always my gel toes look perfect! I cannot fault any treatments I receive from her. Her beauty therapy and customer service are excellent! The only criticism from me is when I’m paying to be pampered, I want the environment to feel lovely and special and to smell lush. If I’m honest, the salon is looking a little scruffy and in need of some TLC.

Had a second lovely medi-facial with Emily, from which I always come away glowing! Emily is really knowledgeable about all things skincare and happy to provide advice and recommendations to tailor your needs.

Emily was great, really helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me her time to talk through different options regarding facial skin care which was really useful.

Have seen Emily twice in the last month for advice and support, she has been amazing giving me her time, knowledge and expertise. Thank you so much Emily it has been very much appreciated . Looking forward to my treatment in November.

Emily was amazing as always, explained what to except after treatment and showed me lots of kindness and reassurance as it was my first time having a particular procedure. Really flexible with other appointments going forward.

Went to see Emily today, she was fabulous, really knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back for more treatments.

Emily was thorough in finding out about what my concerns were and made recommendations. Explained the treatment all way through, about what she was doing and how it would feel. Lovely follow up pack with products and great explanation about how peel would work in next few days. Suggested plan moving forward. Will be back!

Really happy with my treatments. I had three massage sessions back-to-back with Lydia and they were exactly what I needed - both relaxing and invigorating, and they left me feeling great. I also had a haircut with Sue, and I was more than happy with that too - plus I learned so much about hair, the local area, and a stack of other things! I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.
