excellent experience! Ive been wanting to improve my skin for years but i had no idea where to start. I knew a quick fix wasn't the answer but i didnt know what to do. My friend recommended Kim. At consultation she talked me through everything, we now have a treatment plan, and I know what I have to do at home in between apt too. I was a little worried about needles in my face but Kim was so gentle and calming. What a great experience so far. Cant wait for my next apt.

Always waiting with a smile to greet me with. Offers a warm welcome and offers either a hot/cold drink with a lovely variety to choose from today was a delicious vanilla matcha. Very professional with what we are going to do reassures the location and position of the fine line tattoo making sure I’m completely happy with it.
