Crissy never fails to please. She knows what each one of her customers want and defo don't let you leave her salon unless your happy with your new hair style. You need to give her try you will not be disappointed iv been going for years she's the only one that understands my hair xx

Had a lovely first time experience at black house salon with chelsea , who was an amazing stylist. she was very attentive during the consultation process and ensured i was satisfied with all aspects of the haircut and style. I absolutely love what she did with my hair and will be sure to return in the future.

Ella is just incredible; today was the first day in her salon and it’s beautiful. Super clean and fresh. The products used on me were super high quality I honestly can’t fault the place and Ella’s hard work and commitment to being an amazing hairstylist.

Beautiful salon, all staff were polite and offered me a drink. I didn’t have to wait at all, and even the other customers who came in afterwards all had a very short wait. I was given lots of useful advice for issues I had asked about with my hair. Beautiful haircut and can’t wait to go back!!

Chelsea totally nailed it with my hair! She was awesome from beginning to end. I'm always so indecisive, but she helped me choose the perfect colour and knew exactly what my hair needed. The brew and head massage was greatly appreciated too :) Plus, she saved my day by helping me find a charger for my phone before my parking ran out. Thank you Chelsea and team Black House Salon x

This was my second visit to this salon for my daughter's haircut, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations once again. After leaving the salon, my daughter said, "I am never letting anyone else touch my hair as long as I live!". Rob is fantastic at short haircuts and really knows how to make his clients happy. We're thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back.

My 13 year old daughter always receives a warm welcome from Jenny. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable & offers lots of advice to my daughter & I on how to best manage her hair & keep it in good condition. I left the salon with a very happy daughter!!!!

Love Helen’s friendly salon atmosphere & I wouldn’t let anyone else cut my hair! I have been a client for 16 years - she’s the best!

It was only my 3 years old’s second hair cut (the first wasn’t with Jenny) and she is petrified of water on her face! But Jenny was so lovely and made my daughter feel safe and really went out of her way to feel comfortable. My daughters hair was dry, tangled and damaged. When we walked out of the salon, her hair was bouncing, her beautiful curls shining and defined. Thank you so much.

Gareth is a genius when it comes to colouring and cutting my fine hair ...he has the knack of making it look thick ! Always a pleasure to see the whole team cant recommend the salon highly enough.

Exceptional Service with relaxed yet professional atmosphere! I had instant dreadlocks done by Benita and she did wonderfully, her skill at her craft looks effortless and she is a fantastic and bubbly person to talk to. The locs turned out amazing, I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to check out Chrisplaits Braiding School and Salon. Plus! Chris sells her own hair products and they are fantastic! The scalp oil she sold to me for my locs is wonderful! If you want people who are skillled at and passionate about manipulating hair, do yourself a favour and book an appointment!

I’ve been having problems with my hair during the menopause and Ella suggested that we try hair extensions. After two years of not feeling myself I feel amazing having my long hair back. Wonderful salon. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Amazing service and amazing results! I had my lashes done today for the first time by Alexandra and i am in love :D she was very sweet and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I asked for natural lashes as it was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. They are beautiful and they look so natural and full. The salon overall beautiful with lots of plants and a relaxing atmosphere. I will be returning soon for different style of lashes and a new haircut. I am so happy I found a place that I can do my nails ,hair and lashes with such sweet people looking after me. 10/10 overall

I always been to the the big salons but decided to go local and very pleased as vey thorough abd professional and loved my new hair colour and cut !!
