Her approach to skincare is effective and her facials have genuinely improved my skin. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and by far the best I’ve seen. Plus, the thoughtful touch of giving a bouquet of flowers on International Women’s Day was a delightful surprise. I’m genuinely enjoying my skin’s progress with her help. Highly recommend for anyone on a skin journey of their own.

This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

It was my first facial with Beatrice and I loved ever minute of it. The whole experience was very relaxing and calming, more like a spa treatment than just a facial. I really enjoyed mini massage that almost put me to sleep. Also, all the products used smelled so lovely - that I felt almost like at aromatherapy. My face right after was slightly red due to extractions - but it was so worth it! My pores seems visibly smaller, cleaner than usual and the skin feels plump and fresh 🖤

I can't thank Emma enough!! This past week I've had a looovley facial and gorgeous brow lamination. I'm so so in love with my brows and my skin was absolutely glowing after my facial! So warm, attentive and welcoming from the start. The facial was amazing, relaxing in so many ways, my skin feels super hydrated and glowing. The heated beds were such a luxury touch! Loved every second of it. I Have already just booked my next one! Can’t wait :)

Absolutely lovely. Jen is so kind and professional. The setting is beautiful and like an oasis in town. Throughly recommended.

I had an indulgent facial treatment and Maria was very nice at all times. She included a Skin Analysis and honestly, never understood my skin as well as today! She is so knowledgeable and tailored a perfect advice for me. We’re going to be working in my skin concerns and I feel more educated and in control now. The place is very nice, calmed and perfect to have trusted treatments.

A wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Jentle Therapies. The back, neck and shoulder massage was incredibly relaxing and helped release all the tension I had been carrying. The luxury facial was equally impressive, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and glowing. The service was excellent from start to finish. I recently had a derma-planing facial with Sam and I can honestly say it’s one of the best facials I’ve ever had! My skin looks and feel amazing! She tailors the Tropix products she uses to your skin and talks you through what she is using and why. I would definitely recommend Sam’s facials and the Tropix products to everyone.

Wow!! What a facial an amazing experience tailor-maid for what my face needed. Sanchia explained each process as we went along. The massaging felt wonderful and I feel and look great. My skin looks so clean and refreshed. So relaxing as well. I recommend a facial and I will definitely be having more. After Sanchia spent time explaining what I need to add with my current regime, in an easy step by step way. I’m getting married on Saturday and feel ready for the day thanks to Sanchia and the facial. I can also recommend the eyebrow treatments too.
