Her approach to skincare is effective and her facials have genuinely improved my skin. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and by far the best I’ve seen. Plus, the thoughtful touch of giving a bouquet of flowers on International Women’s Day was a delightful surprise. I’m genuinely enjoying my skin’s progress with her help. This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

It was my first facial with Beatrice and I loved ever minute of it. The whole experience was very relaxing and calming, more like a spa treatment than just a facial. I really enjoyed mini massage that almost put me to sleep. Also, all the products used smelled so lovely - that I felt almost like at aromatherapy. My face right after was slightly red due to extractions - but it was so worth it! My pores seems visibly smaller, cleaner than usual and the skin feels plump and fresh 🖤

A wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Jentle Therapies. The back, neck and shoulder massage was incredibly relaxing and helped release all the tension I had been carrying. Wow!! What a facial an amazing experience tailor-maid for what my face needed. Sanchia explained each process as we went along. The massaging felt wonderful and I feel and look great. My skin looks so clean and refreshed. So relaxing as well. I recommend a facial and I will definitely be having more. After Sanchia spent time explaining what I need to add with my current regime, in an easy step by step way. I’m getting married on Saturday and feel ready for the day thanks to Sanchia and the facial. I can also recommend the eyebrow treatments too.

Honestly when you leave Nadia’s your soul feels exponentially better. My actual treatment (crypto milia treatment) was painless, carefully explained, and fast.
