Dan was really friendly and informative, and made me feel completely at ease. He advised against doing the treatment because I have a fresh suntan, which I really appreciated — it was reassuring that he prioritised safety over just going ahead. I’ll definitely be back once I’m back to my normal colour 😂

Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x

Have had a fantastic experience both times I have had an appointment. Made to feel really welcome, relaxed and at ease. Exactly what is needed during a intimate wax!
