Dan was really friendly and informative, and made me feel completely at ease. He advised against doing the treatment because I have a fresh suntan, which I really appreciated — it was reassuring that he prioritised safety over just going ahead. I had my first visit to Kelly Marie Beauty and Aesthetics yesterday and it was a lovely experience. I had the skin rejuvenation facial (pro 60) and felt relaxed the whole time. My skin feels so refreshed and soft now! Kelly is really friendly and welcoming, and the room is calm and cosy. Plus, loads of free parking which is always a bonus. Would definitely recommend 😊

Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x

Have had a fantastic experience both times I have had an appointment. Made to feel really welcome, relaxed and at ease. Exactly what is needed during a intimate wax! The products used are amazing and hardly feel a thing! That alongside Sarah who is very skilled, detailed and swift in her work. Making it all the more bearable.
