I booked Tania through Fresha as I have recently moved to Dudley and needed to find a new aesthetician. There was an issue with the app wherein I couldn’t have my appointment on the day I had booked it for but Tania was really apologetic, got me straight back in for the very next day and was super flexible with my work hours and schedule. The procedure was explained in detail, she informed me of each step. She took in to account what I wanted and made me feel really at ease. I have just had my 2 week check up and couldn’t be happier with the results!

A totally fabulous facial with Maxine in a calm and tranquil environment. Skin felt amazing, refreshed and so did I! Felt very pampered and as always a warm and friendly welcome from Maxine with expert no pressure advice. This lovely lady really knows her field of expertise and appreciates my desires and results for a healthy natural looking skin & gives suitable recommendations! Wow, I was genuinely blown away today by how knowledgeable Max is. She put me at ease right from the start. She asked lots of questions to really figure out the best treatment for me and informed me of every step. Her clinic is beautiful and I got a fluffy blanket to wrap myself in which is a definite bonus. I will definitely be returning and am very happy with my treatment. Thank you!

I absolutely love my treatments with Beth. I had the trick or treat halloween package. The back massage was amazing and the facial was 10/10.. my skin is still glowing. Always a such a relaxing and warm setting,Beth always makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment.
