I had a skin consultation with Pam who was very understanding of my skin concerns and suggested products to help with my rosacea and specific facial treatments that would help. I also had Polynucleotides with Meesha who is a new experienced member of staff. She was very gentle and explained the treatment and benefits as I hadn’t had this treatment before. Highly recommend!

I had a Hydro Facial today with Libby, who’s just joined the salon, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and talked me through every step of the treatment with so much care and confidence. The facial itself was amazing—my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing already. Libby has such a gentle touch and a lovely, calming manner, but you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Amazing treatments, as always with Gemma. I tried the new microneedling treatment and it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had this treatment with other salons which did not provide the same outcome. I woke up with what looked like new skin.
