Veronica and Lian took such great care of my husband and I even though we were first time clients. When Veronica heard we were attending a special event later this week, she tailored our facials to make sure there was maximum glow with no downtime. They were both so attentive to details, explained every step of the way, and even gave us masks as after care to ensure we have the best skin before the event! Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .

I currently suffer from dry complexion w/c gotten worse this year. Veronica recognized my worries during our consultation. She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type. She was so patient while explianing to me the proper care procedure. I tried the routine after the consultation she suggested and boom! My face has significantly improved in just a few days, even before my initial skin care session with her! 😭 Veronica suggested that I do the basic exfoliation for the time being. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My second appointment with Katrina, and again I love how she really takes her time for manual extractions and observes my skin to see what is the best treatment for it. She is super friendly and I love the heated bed and overall aura of her studio which makes me feel relaxed. Excited to see my results over time! :)
