I just had a wonderful experience at PRP Skincare & Laser. Dr. Yam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment thoroughly and answer all of my questions. During my treatment I felt relaxed, and well taken care of. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. I just got botox today, but I’ll definitely be back for the infamous vampire facial!

Veronica and Lian took such great care of my husband and I even though we were first time clients. When Veronica heard we were attending a special event later this week, she tailored our facials to make sure there was maximum glow with no downtime. They were both so attentive to details, explained every step of the way, and even gave us masks as after care to ensure we have the best skin before the event! We are looking forward to coming back next time we’re in Richmond!

My experience at the PRP Skincare and Laser Clinic was amazing . I was greeted by Siara Yam who was very cheerful as well patient . I went in for a consultation with Dr Patrick Yam , I felt at ease because he was very informative , He addressed all of my concerns and gave me his honest opinion , which made me very comfortable and excited about my upcoming treatment . This was my first visit to the clinic and I felt extremely comfortable, Both Siara and Dr Yam are patient , friendly and accommodating . The office is clean , well organized and inviting. The team at this medical clinic is truly second to none! Siara is incredibly friendly and welcoming at the front, making you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Wii—who practiced as a physician in Thailand and is now a licensed LPN here—performed Botox treatments for my mom and me with a gentle touch and precise technique. Katrina was very gentle and thorough. The spa itself was clean, organized and so relaxing. I had my eye brows sugared, and my underarms treated with a laser. She did an excellent job. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!
