I love going to Krystal for my nails, she is a hidden gem that I have been so lucky to find. She’s become a friend ever so quickly, she is so fun to be around & our nail sessions are always full of laughs & giggles. She pays attention to detail & truly cares about your nail health & your happiness. She takes pride in her work & is so immensely talented! Bliss is absolutely AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. This by far, was THE best facial I have ever had! I am shocked at how healthy, vibrant, hydrated, poreless and evened out my skin looks after the facial. Mind you, I haven't had a facial in about 10 years, prior to this. I had such a great experience getting a facial by Bliss. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and relaxing — exactly what I needed. This was our first visit to this salon. We were treating ourselves before a family wedding. My daughter had gel-x nails done and I had a manicure and brow wax. Service was excellent. Facility was clean and well kept. The polish job was done meticulously for both of us. Best salon we have been to in Brantford. My daughter said “We have to come back here every time!” Which is very high praise from a 16 year old.

Everything was explained very well With the process and the benefits. The treatment itself was great and my skin looks clean and clear!
