The reformer never lies. Incredible attention to detail … I am learning so much. First time on the reformer three years ago - today (twice a week) I am a fitter healthier stronger person. Nina always has a plan. Nothing is random. Clear communication and strong focus. All of these and so much more describes Nina and her coaching. So grateful that I ‘gave it a go’ all those years ago.

During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. Have been seeing Nina for about 5 months and I think she is FABULOUS but now I’m recovering from a spinal operation I think even more highly of her expertise. This lady knows her stuff. If you’re reading this, don’t question should I book? The answer is simple ….. YES!
