I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! I've needed lots of different support and advice throughout this process and Cara has been an important part of it from start to finish.

Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

Went to see Cara after struggling with knee pain following a run for the past 2 weeks. Cara ran through a thorough assessment initially, had a good luck at my range of movement before moving into working on my knee. She also looked at other areas that my knee pain was impacting e.g. my knee and lower back. At the end she took the time to run through a series of exercises to strengthen my knee with me. I felt she was thorough, knowledgable and I didn’t feel rushed, she was genuinely trying to get to the root of the problem. Will take her advice on board and return if still struggling.

Following a recommendation, my daughter and I met with Dr Gabs, each for a consultation. Having listened to each of our concerns, she gave advice and suggested options for us to consider: clear information about costs if we wanted to go forward with treatment. My daughter will start her plan next week ( excited about that boost to her current skincare). I also have a better understanding on what I want to prioritise and get started with a plan too.

Dr. Gabriela was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly assess my scalp condition before recommending a personalized treatment plan.
