I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. Lucy has worked through my health anxiety issues with me for several weeks now,and i am now seeing massive improvement in me.
