I love the PrivatePractice❤️ Nasira is professional, knowledgeable and so very much a lovely therapist and all round wonderful person. My first appointment and consultation was professionally conducted, providing me a wealth of information on the services provided. She has made a bespoke treatment, tailored to my needs and I am seeing results after 3 sessions!! So glad that I found them. Book up as they are BUSY! I recently had a session with John Akowuah as my sports therapist, and I was very impressed with his work. He clearly knows his profession well and explained everything with confidence and clarity. The treatment itself was excellent - I felt completely relaxed afterwards, and it made a noticeable difference. I believe it's well worth booking in regularly, and I'd highly recommend John to anyone looking for a skilled and professional sports therapist.

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.
