Unshaaf is such a gem. Sweet, gentle and makes every effort to ensure her clients are comfortable, warm (in this cold weather), and relaxed. Her gentle, yet thorough, approach during my 2.5 hours means I get to doze off. AND, I am never moaned at for my snoring (my husband says I snore. What a loser!). I have been using Unshaaf's services for years, and I highly recommend her. Her home-based salon is also quaint, neat, easy on the eye and VERY cozy. I love every minute I spend with her. You rock, beauty queen.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Hair and Staff are great however your defective chairs are a problem. They cause pain to lower back and buttocks. As a customer it may deter me from wanting to come there knowing im going to have a painful experience. Visiting a salon I need comfort at least and it should be a pleasurable experience. The chairs are hurting your Customers. Thanks

I always have a great experience! Bernadette makes you feel comfortable, the music is such a vibe and I can fall asleep mid waxing! Everything is clean and sanitised and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Needless to say, my husband is happy with the results 🤭

Thank you for your prompt service. I love the fact that when I walk in I get attended to immediately. I forgot the lovely lady’s name for a sec that done my hair. She takes her time and ensure that every section is taken care of. I had such a relaxing time at your salon while she was doing my hair. Brilliant facial (peel) and eyebrow and lash tints. The best I have had in CT. My nails look AMAZING. I loved the quiet ambiance and full attention I received, compared to the rushed, packed salons in malls. Definitely found my salon. Got solid, helpful and friendly advice. Great experience.
