Always a great experience with Valentina. She is on time, clean and meticulous, and so incredibly talented. I can tell her an idea and she creates it even more beautifully than what I pictured. I never feel rushed and she takes her time, but she works efficiently so I’m usually in and out in about an hour, even with a simple nail design. The pricing is very fair, and I always feel like I get my money’s worth. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Gia made my experience AMAZING ! Words can’t express how content I am with my results. I have never left a salon loving my results like I did leaving Millenial, all thanks to Gia ! Not only did she work a miracle on my hair, she also provided me with excellent service, making sure I felt good throughout the whole process! I will be visiting again, she is great. The salon is ALWAYS a great experience and a whole vibe to be at. Mel is the absolute best I’ve ever been to where I’ve actually come back TWICE. This being my second time. It’s been almost a year since I’ve been going to Michis Salon, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are all incredibly talented and careful with their service. I usually go with Lucy, but I’ve also had appointments a couple of the other ladies and they’ve all been GREAT. Since then, my sister, my mom and a couple of my friends have also started coming and we love it here. Highly recommend 👏🏼

The staff was all very kind. The salon itself was clean and very organized. The prices lower that I could find elsewhere. They even provided a complimentary coffee in my waiting. It is a place I will return to again and make my go to when in Miami!

Iris is extremely professional and talented. She is patient and caring. Today's visit was frustrating because a service you offer, using the air brush tool took an way longer than it needed to because per the Manager Ismenia the charging cable was broken and this made the machine now hold the charge, thus taking and extra long time to do my nails. No fault of Iris, that's the salons fault or the managers fault for not taking care of it. When I went to pay, and mentioned that the cable should be replaced all Ismenia said was "That's fine, things happen" that whole thing is preventable.

Iris is a extremely talented nail artist and an assest to the salon. The things I hear and never speak on would never be a reflection on Iris as she is professional and respectful. My nails are always done beautifully. cannot say that about the rest of the staff. Mrs. Nieva Barbosa, this one's for you as I'm sure you get told one thing but in reality that's not what goes on. We need to have a conversation. I'm 50 not 15 and I think I'm courteous and respectful to the staff, they should be too. I think you have a lovely salon we just need to chat. My number is in the system.

Beatriz is wonderful. I love how she did my hair. It looks super healthy and natural. She took her time, provided her honest opinion about what she recommended I should do to my hair, she is very nice, social and seems to truly enjoy what she does. Her salon is clean and organized. I can't say enough good things about this place! I have never walked out of the salon not loving the way I looked. The ladies who work here are also incredibly kind and sweet. They do everything to make you feel confortable.

My experience was great as always. The customer service is great. The owner and Rebecca my nail tech are awesome. I have been visiting the nail salon for a year now and the service is excellent. I feel like I’m home. I always have gray service and the treat me with delicious coffee all the time!!
