My waxing experience was painless and the temperature of the wax was at a perfect temperature when laid on my skin. My facial was good, although there was no extraction. My pedicure and manicure were detailed and nice. I will definitely come back & try their other services.

Fantastic Spa with great therapists! I had an unpleasant experience at spa in town (male therapist) & was reluctant to try a new place unless it was all women. Sensus is exactly that! Clean & nicely decorated w an accommodating staff - I loved that they offered so many services too. I did the special scalp treatment & some minor hair removal. Both were incredibly pleasant experiences & Miriam, my therapist, could not have been more kind. I think I have found my New Favorite place in Mérida. Booking a massage and a facial next week and can hardly wait. Thank you for such a fabulous morning❣️

Booked a hair removal lazer treatment for my face. Didn't realize it had a bunch of other benefits. Fades dark spots from sun damage. Fades scars, but not quite as quickly. Reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Don't ask me how! Made my skin feel tighter. And that was only one treatment. Natasha said that the benefits would continue to improve over the next two weeks. I could see that my skin looked lighter and the sags along my jawline looked less. Amazing!!! All I really came for was to kill off those chin bristles. Felt them get a good zap! Hope they are goners.

Had the Brazilian done with sugaring for the first time. I'm used to regular wax. The young women who took care of me was Jacqueline. She did an amazing job, was friendly and very professional. She took her time so I felt comfortable. The sugaring was an interesting experience and actually less painful than regular wax. Would go back and recommend this spa.

What a lovely day I spent with the ladies at Playa Harmony spa! It is a beautiful little spa. Mary did an excellent job on my gel mani/pedi and holy cow was she amazing at deep tissue massage. Romina did my facial and eyebrow wax. Lots of coffee, tea, water and cookies and a mini nap or two rounded out the ultimate relaxation day. I can't wait to enjoy another day there soon!
