I was new to sugaring though had waxed before but now won't go back to waxing! This is less painful and Sophie is quick, efficient and friendly. The salon room itself is lovely - right in the centre of town, in Flying Horse Walk but still private and relaxed. I am now a regular client and absolutely would recommend Sophie and her service.

Sophie put me at ease immediately and was so thoughtful as it was my first time waxing! She’s incredibly professional and informative about the process, plus there was no after pain which was a super bonus. Would highly recommend Secret Sugar Club as Sophie is amazing! ✨

The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and Sophie was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. My skin feels super soft and would definitely recommend as a highly positive experience. Certainly for me it's is the way forward, definitely beating the traditional waxing hands down. I will be returning!!

This was my first time visiting the salon, and I was very impressed with the service. I was really impressed with the professionalism. Channel did a great job on my hair. Her work showed a high level of skill and creativity. She cut my hair perfectly, but she also dyed it the perfect shade of brown. Thanks Channel for making my visit so memorable. Chanell was amazing and so friendly, I told her I was anxious and she took an incredible amount of time and care cutting my hair and I'm so pleased with it, having had terrible experiences at other salons before it's been 2 years since I went for a proper haircut, highly recommend Chanell to anyone who's a bit nervous. All the staff seemed lovely, the coffee is gorgeous and the introductory price was beyond fair. Hope to see you all again soon!

Sophie is so lovely and the salon is beautiful! Also much less painful than hot waxing and my skin feels much nicer afterwards - I’m a convert!

This was my 2nd appointment with Sophie. Really recommend sugaring as a form of hair removal, minimal discomfort (compared to waxing it's pretty much pain free!), and after the sugaring I did not struggle with as many ingrown hairs by following Sophie's advice on aftercare. Highly recommend.
