I recently had the pleasure of visiting Secret Sugar Club in Nottingham City Centre for a full-body sugaring treatment, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

First time trying sugaring and I will never go back to waxing. So impressed by the amount of hair just a small ball of sugar wax takes out. Sophie was brilliant, she was a great conversationalist and made you feel really relaxed. Will definitely come back again. Thanks Sophie!

We have been visiting Emma for waxing for years. Myself for eyebrows and my husband for eyebrows and nose. Always a great and professional service.

I was new to sugaring though had waxed before but now won't go back to waxing! This is less painful and Sophie is quick, efficient and friendly. The salon room itself is lovely - right in the centre of town, in Flying Horse Walk but still private and relaxed. I am now a regular client and absolutely would recommend Sophie and her service.

Great chatty beautician which made the waxing much more bearable. Clearly explained what products would be using and paused when needed during treatment. Went above and beyond to ensure no products contained anything I was allergic to. Excellent service

I was really nervous about having waxing done having it being my first time. Sophie was amazing really put me at ease , we were chatting that much all my nerves went ! Highly recommended. Definitely be back soon. Thank you .

Well iv just had the G5 massage and a foot pedicure, And enjoyed every minit of it . Joe's great and she knows wat she doing . I won't go any where else now . So if any body wants nails body massage waxing she is the one u want .

Another great appointment with Emma for my nails and wax. Always have a great experience here, being going for over a year now, definitely recommend

I went for Hollywood sugaring , I usually wax but thought I’d give sugaring a go. The staff were friendly, the salon was clean and I got a smooth finish . The price was good too. I would go again.

Amazing service. Waxed to perfection with little pain. Emma knows exactly what she is doing. Lovely room, atmosphere and temperature. Would never use anyone else.

Sophie was really lovely and explained everything very clearly. I was shocked at how quick and painless the whole experience was after doing regular waxing!

Beautiful set up. Family owned and take the time to go through everything in detail beforehand. Excellent aftercare and such wonderful people. Lashes looked perfect. Exactly the look I wanted and I had a full face wax with eyebrows which not only didn’t hurt. The redness that you always experience had completely gone after 10 mins by the time I got home! Thank you ladies!! Overall would recommend!!

This was the best experience that I have had. And I tell you what.. If only sugaring would come to Australian salons This is much better then waxing 100% Think sugaring is now my new go too. lol 😂😅😆 First time trying it to. And it’s less painful then waxing Highly Recommended 😘🥰😍
