First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

The staff are so lovely and friendly. Looked after my mam really nice as well She loves an eyebrow wax but due to her age it’s difficult to find somewhere where there is no steps. Already rebooked for next time

Rachel is a goddess! It was my first time ever getting waxed, she's really good at explaining what to expect and makes you feel comfortable. It does hurt, but with deep breathes you get through it. I am so happy with the results. Rachel is so friendly and puts you at ease throughout. Every women needs to get an intimate wax!!

Hannah went out of her way to make me feel at ease about getting waxed when I hadn’t had it done for several years. I’m 7 months pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. She did a great job of my wax and followed up a few days later with aftercare. I would 100% recommend!

Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease.
