I was greeted with a big smile when I arrived, which instantly makes someone feel welcome! Cassie made me feel very at ease, throughly explained what she was doing, and checked in on how I was doing throughout my waxing of a sensitive area. Already set up my next appointment, and would highly recommend recommend the spa!
