Kathy is an expert at her job. I told her it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I explained that I preferred a more natural look — not thick or heavy lashes. She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. She was very gentle and careful with her work, and the results turned out clean and beautiful. I also added eyebrow waxing and tinting, and everything was done perfectly. At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural.
